* Tell us about Your Self:: I am a free spirit who loves meeting likeminded people. I love living a healthy lifestyle, humour, dancing and being lighthearted. I have a 16 year old son who shares his time between living with me and his dad.

Describe your work and what it means to you:: My work is connected to helping and inspiring people achieve their fullest potential and true selves. I use nutrition, natural health, stress management etc. I run healthy eating workshops, 1-2-1 nutrition coaching, healthy cooking coaching, corporate wellness programmes, talks, seminars etc. with individuals & groups to inspire them to live a healthier and more balanced life.
